Jessica is a multilingual psychotherapist and life coach who holds three degrees, including a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. A summa cum laude and magna cum laude honor student, she is deeply passionate about helping others grow emotionally and mentally while achieving their personal goals.
Jessica is an empathetic, open-minded, and approachable professional who values meaningful relationships, fitness, wellness, and personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. She has a deep appreciation for different cultures, nature, and mindfulness. She has lived in some of the world’s most diverse cities, including London and New York.
She stays current with the latest developments in the mental health field by regularly attending advanced courses, workshops, webinars, and seminars led by top experts. Her approach is grounded in cutting-edge, evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which she has studied extensively.
